I am obsessed with Stella McCartney for GapKids.

Now that I don't work in fashion anymore, I find out when everyone else does - which I'm kind of grateful for. It's nice to have no idea something is happening, and then it does, and then it's "yay!"

i received the loveliest package today.

i placed an order on etsy from stefaniexu, and with all the busy-ness surrounding me, i completely forgot about it. and today, my gorgeous smiling postwoman rang my doorbell and brought me happiness !

obviously etsians have a knack for packaging that i aspire to with every order i ship. although this was simple, i felt like i was getting a present from a good friend. it was one of those silly little things that makes you like, sublimely happy.

they found it via hypercreative's flickr.
it is not not not a wreck (obviously they know that too, duh).

it is the least wreck i've ever seen in my life.
it is, in my opinion, my "perfect cake".
holy moly i'm in love. the colors, the shapes, its perfect.

if this was a term, it would be "the cake of my life."


i wish more than anything i knew how to work with fondant.
