it's incredible and it shows you how hard people have had to
fight for rights that were theirs to begin with.

it's frightening how many minority groups are feared without reason or understanding
and how difficult is to be heard, and it takes an uprising in order to get attention just to be treated like a human.

it makes me feel incredibly lucky to live freely without persecution, and also incredibly sad that gay rights have still not been fully realized.
